Our Services and products are for research use only and are not intended for personal use or consumption, nor are they intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. You agree to use our Services and products in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Alamo Peptide Labs reserves the right to refuse sale if it believes a customer is violating these Terms.
All content, logos, graphics, and other material on our Services are the intellectual property of Alamo Peptide Labs and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through our Services. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Due to the sensitive nature of our products and applicable regulatory requirements, all sales are final.
Alamo Peptide Labs does not accept returns, issue refunds, or allow order cancellations once an order has been placed, regardless of delivery status.
Once a shipment is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
Alamo Peptide Labs is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery, including theft from porches, mailrooms, front desks, lockers, or other delivery locations.
Refunds, credits, or replacements will not be issued for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
In the event of a verified Alamo Peptide Labs fulfillment or shipping error, such as incorrect items, missing items, or damage incurred during transit prior to delivery, customers must notify Alamo Peptide Labs within seven (7) calendar days of the carrier’s delivery date.
This reporting window is firm. Requests submitted outside of this timeframe will be denied without exception.
All claims must include complete and verifiable documentation, including:
A full unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is first opened
Photos of the external packaging
Photos of the package contents
Photos of the packing slip enclosed with the order
Claims submitted without all required documentation will be denied.
Upon confirmation of an eligible shipping or fulfillment error caused by Alamo Peptide Labs, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a replacement of the affected items.
Cash refunds, store credits, or alternative compensation are not guaranteed and are not provided for delivered, refused, or stolen packages.
Chargebacks submitted for delivered, refused, or stolen packages will be disputed using carrier confirmation, delivery records, and the customer’s agreement to these Terms.
By placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise using the Services, you expressly consent to receive communications from Alamo Peptide Labs, including but not limited to transactional, operational, support-related, and marketing communications, via email, SMS/text message, and other electronic means, using the contact information you provide.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
You acknowledge that consent to receive communications is not a condition of purchase and that you may opt out of non-transactional communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in our emails or replying STOP to any SMS message.
Transactional and service-related communications (including order confirmations, shipping notifications, account notices, and support responses) may continue as permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alamo Peptide Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Services or any products procured through the Services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our Services following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
