All orders placed prior to 12:00 PM MST typically ship the same business day, but no later than the following business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM MST, on weekends, or on holidays will ship on the next business day.
Alamo Peptide Lab is not responsible for packages that are marked as “Delivered” by the carrier and subsequently lost or stolen. This includes, but is not limited to, theft from porches, mailrooms, front desks, lockers, or other delivery locations.
Customers are responsible for:
Ensuring a secure delivery location
Monitoring tracking updates
Retrieving packages promptly upon delivery
We strongly recommend using carrier hold options, signature-required delivery (when available), or secure delivery addresses if package theft is a concern.
All shipping-related issues other than theft after delivery must be reported within seven (7) calendar days of the carrier’s delivery or attempted delivery date.
This timeframe is firm. Requests submitted outside of this window will be declined without exception.
For claims involving damage, missing items, or fulfillment errors, the following documentation is required in full:
A complete unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is first opened
Clear photos of the external packaging
Clear photos of the contents of the package
Clear photos of the packing slip included inside the package
The tracking number
A brief written description of the issue
Failure to provide all required documentation will result in the claim being denied.
If a claim is reviewed and verified as a Alamo Peptide Lab fulfillment or shipping error, the affected items will be reshipped at no additional cost. No cash refunds will be issued.
